📌 Terms & Conditions – Customer (সেবা গ্রহণকারী)

  1. Service Request:

    • গ্রাহক সঠিক তথ্য (ঠিকানা, যোগাযোগ, সার্ভিসের ধরন) প্রদান করবেন।

    • ভুল তথ্যের কারণে সেবা বিলম্বিত হলে Sheba Linked দায়ী নয়।

  2. Payment & Charges:

    • সেবার মূল্য ওয়েবসাইটে/অ্যাপে প্রদর্শিত রেট অনুযায়ী হবে।

    • Sheba Linked নির্দিষ্ট পরিমাণ সার্ভিস চার্জ/কমিশন রাখতে পারে।

  3. Service Quality & Liability:

    • আমরা ভেন্ডর/ওয়ার্কারকে যাচাই করি, তবে তাদের কাজের গুণমান বা সময়মতো সেবা প্রদানের দায়িত্ব সরাসরি সার্ভিস প্রোভাইডারের।

    • Sheba Linked কোন ধরণের ক্ষতি, চুরি, দুর্ঘটনা, বা অবহেলার জন্য দায়ী নয়।

  4. Customer Responsibility:

    • সেবা চলাকালীন মূল্যবান সামগ্রী নিরাপদে রাখা গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব।

    • ওয়ার্কার/ভেন্ডরের সাথে সরাসরি আলাদা চুক্তি করলে Sheba Linked দায় বহন করবে না।

  5. Cancellation Policy:

    • গ্রাহক নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের মধ্যে বুকিং বাতিল করতে পারবেন।

    • হঠাৎ বাতিলে আংশিক চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।

  1. Registration & Verification:

    • ভেন্ডর/ওয়ার্কারকে সঠিক তথ্য, জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র ও প্রয়োজনীয় ডকুমেন্ট জমা দিতে হবে।

    • ভুয়া তথ্য প্রমাণিত হলে অ্যাকাউন্ট বাতিল হবে।

  2. Service Standards:

    • গ্রাহককে প্রতিশ্রুত মান অনুযায়ী সেবা দিতে হবে।

    • সময়মতো উপস্থিত না হলে শাস্তিমূলক ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হবে।

  3. Liability for Damage/ Theft:

    • গ্রাহকের কোন সম্পত্তি নষ্ট, ক্ষতি বা চুরির ঘটনায় পূর্ণ দায় ভেন্ডর/ওয়ার্কারের।

    • Sheba Linked এ বিষয়ে দায়ী নয়, তবে প্রয়োজনে তদন্তে সহায়তা করবে।

  4. Payment & Commission:

    • সেবার মূল্য গ্রাহক প্রদান করবেন Sheba Linked এর মাধ্যমে।

    • নির্ধারিত কমিশন বাদ দিয়ে ভেন্ডর/ওয়ার্কারকে অর্থ প্রদান করা হবে।

  5. Code of Conduct:

    • ভদ্র আচরণ বজায় রাখা, গ্রাহকের নিরাপত্তা ও গোপনীয়তা রক্ষা করা বাধ্যতামূলক।

    • কোন অবৈধ বা অনৈতিক কার্যকলাপে যুক্ত হলে অ্যাকাউন্ট তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে বাতিল করা হবে।

📌 Terms & Conditions – Customer

  1. Service Request
    • Customers must provide accurate information (address, contact details, service requirements).
    • Sheba Linked will not be responsible for any delay or issues caused due to incorrect or incomplete information.
  2. Payment & Charges
    • Service fees are as displayed on our website/app at the time of booking.
    • Sheba Linked reserves the right to charge a service fee/commission on each booking.
  3. Service Quality & Liability
    • We verify vendors/workers, but the quality of service and timely completion is solely the responsibility of the service provider.
    • Sheba Linked will not be liable for any damage, theft, accident, or negligence during the service.
  4. Customer Responsibility
    • Customers are advised to secure their valuables before the service begins.
    • Sheba Linked will not be responsible for any private agreements made directly between customers and vendors/workers.
  5. Cancellation Policy
    • Customers may cancel bookings within the specified time limit.
    • Late cancellations may incur partial charges.

  1. Registration & Verification
    • Vendors/Workers must provide accurate information, valid identification, and required documents.
    • Providing false information will result in account termination.
  2. Service Standards
    • Vendors/Workers must deliver services as promised and maintain professional behavior.
    • Failure to attend on time may lead to penalties or suspension.
  3. Liability for Damage/Theft
    • Vendors/Workers are fully responsible for any damage, loss, or theft during the service.
    • Sheba Linked holds no liability but may assist in investigation if required.
  4. Payment & Commission
    • Payments will be made by customers through Sheba Linked.
    • Sheba Linked will deduct the agreed commission before releasing payment to the vendor/worker.
  5. Code of Conduct
    • Vendors/Workers must maintain respectful behavior and ensure customer safety and confidentiality.
    • Any involvement in illegal or unethical activities will result in immediate account suspension.

পরিষেবাগুলো আঠারো (১৮) বছরের কম বয়সী নাবালকদের জন্য বা যেকোনো কারণে Sheba Linked সিস্টেম থেকে Sheba Linked কর্তৃক স্থগিত বা অপসারণ করা যেকোনো ব্যবহারকারীর জন্য উপলব্ধ নয়। আপনি প্রতিনিধিত্ব করছেন যে আপনি একটি বাধ্যতামূলক চুক্তি করার জন্য আইনি বয়সপ্রাপ্ত এবং বাংলাদেশের প্রযোজ্য আইন অনুযায়ী পরিষেবা গ্রহণ থেকে বারিত কোনো ব্যক্তি নন। তবে, আপনি যদি আঠারো (১৮) বছরের কম বয়সী হন, তবে আপনি প্রযোজ্য আইন অনুযায়ী আপনার আইনি অভিভাবকের মাধ্যমে Sheba Linked প্রদত্ত পরিষেবাগুলো গ্রহণ করতে পারেন।

৪. ব্যবহারকারীর আচরণ ও দায়বদ্ধতা

Sheba Linked কোনো তথ্যের গুণমান, নির্ভুলতা বা সম্পূর্ণতা সম্পর্কে কোনো ওয়ারেন্টি দেয় না বা কোনো প্রতিনিধিত্ব করে না। ওয়েবসাইট বা এর কার্যকারিতা ব্যবহার করতে দেরি বা অক্ষমতা, বা এর মাধ্যমে প্রাপ্ত যেকোনো তথ্য, পণ্য, কার্যকারিতা সম্পর্কিত বিলম্ব, ক্ষতি বা ব্যর্থতার জন্য Sheba Linked দায়ী থাকবে না।

সার্ভিস পার্টনার গ্রাহকের দেওয়া অর্ডার/বুকিং থেকে উদ্ভূত সকল প্রকার পরোক্ষ কর (যদি প্রযোজ্য হয়) জমা দিতে দায়বদ্ধ থাকবে। সার্ভিস পার্টনার সম্মত যে রাজস্ব কর্তৃপক্ষ কর্তৃক পরোক্ষ করের কোনো দাবি উত্থাপিত হলে, সার্ভিস পার্টনার Sheba Linked-কে সমস্ত সুদ এবং জরিমানা সহ ক্ষতিপূরণ প্রদান করবে।

Sheba Linked হলো একটি মার্কেটপ্লেস এবং এটি শুধুমাত্র গ্রাহকদের সার্ভিস পার্টনারের সাথে সংযোগ স্থাপনের সুবিধা দেয়। কাজের সমাপ্তির দায়িত্ব সার্ভিস পার্টনারের, এবং Sheba Linked সরাসরি এতে জড়িত হয় না। অতএব, সার্ভিস পার্টনার কাজ শেষ করে সরকারের কাছে প্রযোজ্য কর সংগ্রহ ও পরিশোধ করতে দায়ী।

The Website is a platform that facilitates the online sale and purchase of products and Services offered by Sheba Linked’s various affiliated/registered Service Partners/Vendors. Sheba Linked’s Website is a platform to connect buyers and sellers to avail of various products and Services.

Sheba Linked is not the seller of the products and Services, and Sheba Linked shall in no manner be deemed to be the seller of the products or Services on this Website. Sheba Linked Bangladesh is only facilitating the purchase of the products or Services by you from the Service Partner.

 

3. User Eligibility and Account

The Services are not available to minors under the age of eighteen (18) or to any users suspended or removed from the Sheba Linked system by Sheba Linked for any reason whatsoever. You represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving Services under the laws as applicable in Bangladesh. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you are below the age of eighteen (18) years, you may avail of the Services provided by Sheba Linked through your legal guardian in accordance with the applicable laws.

Sheba Linked reserves the right to refuse access to use the Services offered at the Website to new users or to terminate access granted to existing users at any time without according any reason for doing so.

You will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Account Information, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account. You agree to provide correct and accurate credit/debit card or other payment details to the approved payment gateway for availing Services on the Website.

 

4. User Conduct and Obligation

You are under an obligation to use this Website for reasonable and lawful purposes only, and shall not indulge in any activity that is not envisaged through the Website.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sheba Linked including but not limited to its affiliate vendors, agents, and employees from and against any losses, liabilities, claims, and damages arising out of any breach or non-performance of any representation, warranty, covenant or agreement made or obligation to be performed by you under these terms of use.

In no event shall Sheba Linked, its officers, directors, employees, partners, or suppliers be liable to you, the vendor, or any third party for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever.

 

6. Jurisdiction and Termination

These terms of use and all transactions entered into on or through the Website and the relationship between you and Sheba Linked shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

You agree that Sheba Linked may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, terminate your access to the Website if Sheba Linked determines that you have violated these terms of use.

 

7. Tax and Liability

The Service Partner shall be liable to deposit all indirect taxes that may arise on orders/bookings placed by the customer. The Service Partner agrees to indemnify Sheba Linked in case any demand of indirect taxes is raised by the revenue authorities.

Sheba Linked is a marketplace and only facilitates the connection of customers to the Service Partner. The completions of jobs lie with Service Partners, and Sheba Linked does not directly get involved in it. The Service Partner, thus completes the job, is liable to collect & pay tax, if any, to the government upon completion of the job.
